The Shield of Faith helps us block the lies and tricks that come our way so that we can have faith in God's promises. In today's story some of Jesus' best friends struggled to have faith and trust God's promises in the middle of the storm. Sometimes we forget God's promises and start to believe the lies from the enemy. But we need to remember that God's promises are true, and we need to trust Him to take care of us!
