Christmas, it’s a great time to stop and remember, and to think about why Jesus came. He came for you and He also came for your family, your neighbour, your school friend and the mailman! Jesus came for everyone! Today in UpStreet Online your child will lear that everyone is important to God.
Talk About it Together:
1. Why did Jesus come from Heaven, a perfect place, to earth where we are? (Hint: John 3:16 says that God loved the world so much, that He gave His Son, that whoever believes in Him will not die, but have eternal life.)
2. As a family, how can you make a special place for Jesus in your home this Christmas? (Hint: It doesn’t need to be a physical space, but it can be.)
3. Take a minute and thank Jesus for coming. (Hint: If there is someone in your family that doesn’t know about Jesus, Christmas is a great time to share the ‘GOOD NEWS’ with them!)
